Where we run, and who's already locked.

The United States and Canada. One contractor per trade, per market. When your territory's taken, it's taken. Every quarter it's locked, the gap widens.

What a market means here.

A market is a metro, not a zip code and not a state. It is the area your crews can reach and quote profitably, which for most contractors is a single metropolitan area and its suburbs. We define it against where you actually send trucks rather than against a map we drew.

It is paired with a trade. A remodeler and a pool builder in the same city are not competitors, so both can run. Two remodelers in the same city are, so only one does. That pairing is what gets locked: the trade and the territory together.

The practical effect is that our incentive matches yours. A firm running three remodelers in one metro has to split the same demand three ways and tell each of them it is going well. We would rather have one partner per market and be able to answer honestly.

What happens when yours is taken.

We say so on the call, and we say it early rather than after a proposal. There is no waiting list that quietly turns into an offer for an adjacent city you do not serve.

If an adjacent metro genuinely is within your reach, that is a real conversation and we will have it. If it is not, the honest answer is that we cannot help you right now, and that is the answer you will get.

Markets do open. Engagements end, contractors sell, territories get redrawn as a partner's crews expand. Asking again in a quarter is not a formality.

The footprint.

The United States and Canada, with no per-state qualification. The engine runs the same in a metro of four million and a metro of two hundred thousand; what changes is how quickly organic compounds and how much paid demand a market can absorb before costs climb.

Smaller markets often perform better than owners expect, because competition for the same searches is thinner and a well-built site can take a disproportionate share of a metro's organic demand. Larger markets have more volume and more contractors already spending against it.

Every quarter a market stays locked, the gap widens. Organic and AEO compound, the review stream deepens, and the site accumulates pages a competitor starting today has to build from zero.

Straight answers on territory.

How is a market defined?

As a metro area paired with a trade, matched to where your crews actually go rather than to a fixed radius. A remodeler and a pool builder in the same city can both run because they do not compete; two remodelers in the same city cannot.

What if my market is already taken?

We tell you on the call, before any proposal. If an adjacent metro is genuinely within your reach we will discuss it, and if it is not, the answer is that we cannot help you right now. Markets do open as engagements end and territories get redrawn, so asking again in a quarter is worth doing.

Do you work outside the United States?

Canada, yes. The engine runs the same way there. Beyond the US and Canada we do not currently operate.

Does exclusivity cover my whole state?

No, and any firm offering that is selling something it cannot deliver. Exclusivity covers the metro you actually serve. A statewide lock would mean holding territory neither of us can work, which helps nobody.

Can I hold a market before I am ready to start?

No. A market is locked by an active engagement, not by intent. Holding territory for a contractor who has not started would mean turning away one who has, which is the same problem exclusivity exists to solve.

Is a smaller market worth it?

Often more than owners expect. Competition for the same searches is thinner, so a well-built site can take a disproportionate share of a metro's organic demand. The tradeoff is a lower ceiling on how much paid volume the market absorbs before costs climb.

We'll tell you on the call whether your city and trade are still open. Straight answer, fifteen minutes.
