Aerial drone shot of a residential roof at golden hour, fresh solar installation in progress. A clean array of REC Alpha Pure-R 410W black-on-black panels in a 4x6 grid on the south-facing slope, Enphase IQ8 microinverters visible at panel corners, conduit running to a roof junction box. Two crew in safety harnesses tightening clamps, a third at the inverter on the ground.

Solar & Storage, built to close.

Residential PV, battery storage, panel-and-roof bundles. Financing is the entire sale: the homeowner on a 25-year loan needs the math on the iPad in week one. We build the financing-first pitch that closes at the kitchen table.

The three plays we run in Solar.

  • PPA / loan / cash comparison rendered live on the iPad

  • Roof + solar bundle for homeowners on a 15-year roof

  • Battery-only retrofit ads for homeowners in PSPS counties

The names your homeowners already know.

We build the kitchen-table deck around the brands you actually install. The selection page lands on premium SKUs with margin, not the loss-leader call-out.

Straight answers on solar marketing.

Why is solar marketing harder than other trades?

Because the category has a trust problem it did not create alone. Aggressive door-to-door sales and overstated savings claims have made homeowners skeptical by default, so credibility has to be established before the offer rather than after it.

What actually converts a solar lead?

Honest math they can check. A modeled savings figure with the assumptions shown, against their actual utility rate, beats any incentive framing. The homeowner has usually been given optimistic numbers already and is looking for someone whose numbers survive scrutiny.

How do incentives affect solar marketing?

They change by year, state, and utility, which means a maintained and visibly dated page on what currently applies is disproportionately valuable. It is also a liability if it goes stale, since being wrong about an incentive costs the trust the rest of the pitch depends on.

Should solar companies market financing?

Carefully and clearly. Financing is central to the purchase and it is also where the category's reputation was damaged, so terms stated plainly and early do more good than a headline monthly figure that needs qualifying later.

What an engagement actually looks like for a solar operator.

  • Trade-specific demand engine (ads, organic, reactivation)
  • Speed-to-lead routing into your CRM, under 60 seconds
  • Show-rate follow-up cadence (SMS + email + voice)
  • Kitchen-table presentation deck on the iPad
  • Soft-pull financing inline at the table
  • Deposit or design-fee capture before the rep leaves
  • In-home sales training next to live spend
  • Reporting tied to deposits cleared, not impressions
  • Market lock for the duration of the engagement
