These terms govern your use of this website, operated by RevCore HQ of Phoenix, Arizona. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Using this site, submitting the application, or booking a call does not create a client engagement. Engagements exist only under a separately signed agreement with its own scope, pricing, and terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Use of the site
The site is for business owners and their teams evaluating our services. Do not misuse it: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or probe our systems, no submitting false information in the application, and no using the site to build a competing dataset.
Results and testimonials
The numbers and quotes on this site are real outcomes from specific partners in specific markets. They are proof of what has happened, not a promise of what will happen for you. Your results depend on your market, your trade, your crews, and your close rate. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, or rankings.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, copy, and marks belong to RevCore HQ or are used with permission. Client names, logos, and websites shown in our work belong to those clients. You may not reuse any of it without written permission, other than sharing links to the site.
Third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party tools, including client websites, Typeform, and RevCore Pro. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, RevCore HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
