Exterior of a two-story craftsman home in mid-painting at golden hour. The right half is freshly painted Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore deep warm gray, the left half still original cream, with crisp masking tape along the trim. A painter on a Werner extension ladder cutting in the eave, a second painter rolling the lower wall, canvas drop cloths along the foundation, paint cans on a tarp.

Painting, built to close.

Exterior repaints, cabinetry refinishing, interior color refreshes. The rendered after-photo at the kitchen table signs the contract. Our address-targeted ad layer finds the homeowners with a 12-year-old paint job.

The three plays we run in Painting.

  • Address-targeted ads for homes with sun-faded south-facing walls

  • Rendered after-photo at the first visit, signed same day

  • Cabinet-refinish attach inside the interior proposal

The names your homeowners already know.

We build the kitchen-table deck around the brands you actually install. The selection page lands on premium SKUs with margin, not the loss-leader call-out.

Straight answers on painting marketing.

How do painting companies get better jobs?

By separating interior, exterior, and cabinet work in the marketing. They are different tickets, different seasons, and different buyers, and a single painting page collects the smallest of the three by default.

Why is painting so price-competitive?

Because the barrier to entry is low and homeowners assume the work is interchangeable. What is not interchangeable is preparation, and a company that shows and explains its prep is no longer being compared on the same basis as the cheapest quote.

What is the highest-value work to market?

Cabinet refinishing and exterior repaints, for opposite reasons. Cabinets carry a much better ticket than the square footage suggests, and exteriors are seasonal, plannable, and easier to schedule around crew capacity.

Does painting benefit from before and after photography?

It is close to the only proof that works, and it has to be shot from where a person would stand. A close-up of a cut line means something to a painter and nothing to a homeowner deciding whether their house will look finished.

What an engagement actually looks like for a painting operator.

  • Trade-specific demand engine (ads, organic, reactivation)
  • Speed-to-lead routing into your CRM, under 60 seconds
  • Show-rate follow-up cadence (SMS + email + voice)
  • Kitchen-table presentation deck on the iPad
  • Soft-pull financing inline at the table
  • Deposit or design-fee capture before the rep leaves
  • In-home sales training next to live spend
  • Reporting tied to deposits cleared, not impressions
  • Market lock for the duration of the engagement
