Built only for the operators who own the trucks.

A growth firm for $1M+ home improvement operators. Booked appointments at the top, a sharper close at the table. One contractor per trade, per market.

Why this firm exists.

Most agencies sell a media plan and call it growth. The operator gets a dashboard full of clicks, a few sticky leads, and a thirteenth-month invoice that's hard to justify. We've all been there.

We sell a system. Demand. Qualification. Booking. Close. The compounding that turns a quarter into a backlog, with the sales floor and the paid engine running on the same line.

Our partners run trucks, crews, and a real kitchen-table sales floor. They've been burned by three agencies already and don't want a fourth opinion on creative. They want rep training, the iPad presentation, the routing layer, and a dashboard that ties back to deposits. That's what we build.

From Apple security to the kitchen table.

I didn't come up through advertising. I hold a degree in Management of Information Systems and spent years in Information Security and IT at Apple, building systems and making them scale.

Then I moved into home-improvement sales, and the kitchen table is where it clicked. In my last year selling, I closed $3.5M myself, one living room at a time.

I helped grow the company I worked for from roughly $1M a year to $10M in two years: hired and trained a four-rep sales floor, built the presentations, refined the process, and layered in the systems that let it compound.

Today I work with $1M+ contractors across the United States and Canada, and I'm building RevCore Pro, the all-in-one contracting software. RevCore HQ is everything I learned on the truck and at the table, built into one system you can run.

Between appointments
The car was the office

The part of the funnel marketing firms rarely get to see.

For two years, I ran 12–15 homeowner appointments every week. Between them, the car was where I reviewed the last conversation, called the next lead, and reset before walking into another home.

Those calendars came from the channels contractors actually live on: Angi, home shows, radio, print, canvassing, and door-knocking. Enough repetition to learn which leads created real buying conversations—and which only made the calendar look full.

RevCore is built around that distinction. We measure the handoff through the estimate, the follow-up, and the closed job, because an appointment is only valuable when the system behind it can turn one into revenue.

Built only for

Home improvement

Roofing, windows, siding, pool, landscaping, decks and patios, remodeling, general contractors. The trades we ship for, every day.

Locked at

One per market

Once a city + trade is locked, your competitor stays on the bench. The market gap compounds every quarter we run.

Measured against

Deposits cleared

Reporting tied to revenue, not click-through or cost-per-click. The dashboard answers one question: did the deal sign?
