An appointment isn't an appointment until they show.

We measure show rate. Booked count is a vanity metric. The whole booking surface is built to confirm intent four times between the form and the front door, and every slot lands live in your CRM.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Calendar tied to dispatch

Your live availability syncs into the booking flow, so a homeowner picks a real slot your crew can actually make. No back-and-forth over text, no double-booked afternoons.

  2. 02

    Booked in the same session

Qualified leads book while intent is hot, usually in the same session as the form. The appointment writes straight into your CRM: JobNimbus, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Improveit360.

  3. 03

    Reminder sequence

SMS at booking, the day before, and the morning of. The tone is your rep's, not a robot's, and each message reconfirms the visit rather than just repeating the time.

  4. 04

    Two-tap reschedule

Life happens. When a homeowner needs to move, it is two taps to a new slot instead of a dead appointment. We would rather move it than burn a slot and a drive.

  5. 05

    Show-rate review

Every appointment gets an outcome logged: showed, moved, or missed. We watch show rate weekly and tune reminder timing and copy per market, because the 20-40% show-rate lift is where this layer earns its keep.

The moving parts.

Calendar
Live availability tied to your dispatch, so booked slots reflect where your crews actually are. No back-and-forth over text, and no appointments an hour past the edge of your service area.
Reminders
SMS at booking, day-before, and morning-of. Tone is the rep's, not a robot's, so the homeowner feels a person on the other end. Each touch reconfirms intent instead of just announcing a time.
Confirmation
Two-tap reschedule built into every reminder. We would rather move an appointment than burn a slot, so the reschedule path is deliberately easier than the cancel path.
Visibility
You see every booked slot live in your CRM with the qualifier transcript attached. Your rep walks in knowing the project, the budget conversation so far, and what the homeowner said in their own words.

Straight answers.

What counts as a show?

The homeowner is at the table when your rep arrives. That is the event you pay for. A booked slot that no-shows costs you nothing, which is exactly why we obsess over show rate instead of booked count.

Does this work with my CRM?

We integrate with JobNimbus, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Improveit360. Appointments, transcripts, and outcomes write into the system you already run, not a portal your team has to learn.

What happens when someone cancels?

The two-tap reschedule catches most of them before they become cancels. When a slot does die, it goes back into availability immediately and the lead drops into follow-up instead of the trash.

Next stage: Close.

A shown appointment is a chance, not a check. Close is where the kitchen table stops being a coin flip.
